The Music would never leave the school parking lot without Volunteers.

We need Volunteers to attend Marching Band Competitions in the weeks to come (Sep 14th is the first date). You do not need to attend every event to be a Volunteer. You can Volunteer for events that work for your schedule. We ask that you please watch the short video and fill out the online Volunteer application. If you are a first-time Volunteer, you can provide the background check fee ($10) to the Booster Secretary who will take it to the HCS Volunteer Coordinator for you.

We also have several committees that you can join if you haven’t already. You can contact those committee through our directory. Committees available include Chaperones, Concessions, Equipment & Transportation, Feed the Band, and Uniforms.

All of our volunteers need to have a current Volunteer Application on file and approved.
There is a $10 fee for all “NEW” Volunteers.
New = Anyone who “HAS NOT” been a volunteer at anytime since 2011.
New applications will not be processed until payment is received by HCS.

We recommend that everyone watch the below video for FAQs and instructions on the application process.
At the end of the video is the HCS POC’s phone number that can provide assistance and answer any questions.

The new application is automated and can only be completed on the Hardin County Schools Website
